I have been helping people build more meaningful lives through psychotherapy for over 15 years. I am passionate about supporting people as they learn how past relationships and experiences shape who they become and how they experience the world. Treatment can not only provide symptom relief but help you to build a more joyful, authentic life. I invite you to contact me so that together we can help you find the relief you are seeking and build the life you deserve.
